Matte but not flat

Hello ladies,

Do you ever feel like you are stuck in a  makeup routine? Reach for the same colours, do the same eye shadow placement, tend to buy the same finish shadows? This is what was happening to me, neutral brown eye shadows, with a bit of light shimmer on the upper lid, and of course winged eyeliner. This is why I challenged myself to do a look without using any shimmery eye shadow or highlighter. What do you prefer, a matte or a shimmery finish? 😊
